Effective: October 2026 • AURA: THE RISE
1. Nature of the Event
AURA: THE RISE is an annual event organized independently by senior student organizers and the student council. The event is not an official university administrative operation unless expressly designated.
2. Registration & Pass Non-Transferability
Registration is submitted via the official Google Form along with proof of ₹699 payment. Each pass is issued only upon manual payment verification and is strictly tied to the registered student's name and enrollment number. Resale, duplicate sharing, or attempts to enter using an unassigned pass will lead to immediate cancellation and denial of entry without refund.
3. Verification at Entrance
Attendees must arrive by 11:00 AM onwards at Ivorry, Second Floor, Bansal One. Entrance staff will scan the unique QR code and inspect a physical College ID card or Government Photo ID.
4. Venue Conduct and Safety
Attendees must adhere to campus decorum. Outside alcohol, narcotics, hazardous objects, and unauthorized commercial materials are strictly prohibited. Organizers reserve the right to escort disruptive individuals off the premises.
5. Limitation of Liability
Organizers are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue. Attendees are responsible for their personal property throughout the event.
