1. Information We Collect

To facilitate pass registration, entrance security, and attendee communication for AURA: THE RISE, we collect:

• Full Name
• College / Academic Branch
• Enrollment or Student Roll Number
• WhatsApp Phone Number
• Email Address
• Payment transaction reference (UPI UTR / Transaction ID)
• Payment confirmation screenshot proof

Registration details, payment UTRs, and payment screenshots are collected via our official Google Form and managed securely using Google Sheets and Google Drive by authorized student coordinators.

2. Purpose of Collection

Your personal details are collected strictly to:

• Manually audit and verify your ₹699 payment against official account statements.
• Generate and issue your personalized digital entry pass via Google Apps Script.
• Deliver your pass and event communications directly via WhatsApp or Email.
• Verify your identity manually against physical College Photo ID cards at the venue entrance.
• Maintain accurate attendee records compliant with venue capacity regulations.

3. Payment Information Security

Payments of ₹699 are made directly through UPI. We only collect transaction reference numbers and payment screenshots to reconcile and approve your ticket request. We do not collect, process, or store bank account passwords, debit/credit card PINs, or UPI PINs.

4. Data Access and Retention

Attendee information is accessible solely to authorized student organizing leads and venue gate coordinators. Data stored in Google Sheets and Drive is retained for the duration of the event and final accounting reconciliation, after which access is archived.
