Refund & Cancellation Policy
Applicable to AURA: THE RISE passes (₹699)
1. General Policy: Final Sale
Due to the fixed venue capacity (~250 attendees) and upfront logistical commitments for stage, sound, lighting, and refreshments, all ticket purchases for AURA: THE RISE are non-refundable and final.
2. Accidental Duplicate Payments
In the rare event that multiple UPI transfers are executed for the same student enrollment number, verified excess amounts may be reviewed for refund by the student organizing committee upon submission of official UPI transaction receipts and UTR numbers.
3. Event Postponement or Force Majeure
If the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen administrative or meteorological circumstances, your pass remains fully valid for the revised date.
